HARI ini, 15 Januari, adalah hari ulang tahun Susi Pudjiastuti, Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan. Sejak dilantik sebagai salah satu anggota kabinet kerja pada 26 Oktober 2014 lalu, wanita paruh baya ini telah menghentak perhatian publik. Media dan khalayak, pun selalu memperhatikannya dengan style yang cuek, suka merokok, dan tampilan fisik seolah tidak punya beban. Media terus “kepo” memberitakan setiap laku dan kebijakan Ibu Menteri asal Pangandaran ini.
Saat awal dilantik, banyak yang meramalkan pola kerja Ibu Menteri tidak akan berjalan sesuai dengan espektasi masyarakat. Dibanding dengan menteri Kabinet Kerja yang lain, background beliau berasal dari tamatan Sekolah Menengah Pertama, cukup rendah untuk bisa memimpin Kementerian.
Alhasil, banyak yang pesimis dengannya. Tapi setelah tiga tahun menjabat, dugaan sebagian masyarakat dan elite politik yang under estimate terhadap kemampuan dan keahlian Ibu Menteri menjadi berbanding terbalik. Faktanya, sejumlah gebrakan dan capaian kinerja di Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan ia jalankan.
Mulai dari perubahan jam kerja pegawai di lingkup kementerian yang di bawahinya, kebijakan terhadap nelayan, serta cara penyelesaian tindak kejahatan Illegal fishing yang dilakukan oleh kapal asing dengan istilah populernya “tenggelamkan” berjalan efektif.
Beberapa penghargaan berskala nasional dan internasional pun tidak luput disabetnya. Bahkan beliau masuk dalam daftar 100 wanita paling berpengaruh dan paling menginspirasi dunia versi BBC. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari pengalaman beliau yang menjalankan usaha di bidang pengolahan ikan dan penerbangan. Serta tanggung jawab beliau untuk memastikan lautan sebagai warisan terbesar Indonesia. Ia berjuang agar lautan ini dapat dilindungi dan dinikmati oleh seluruh bangsa dan generasi-generasi berikutnya.
Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan yang memiliki luas lautan hampir 70 % memiliki sumber daya melimpah. Di antaranya terumbu karang, ikan dan biota laut yang melimpah ruah. Diperkirakan hampir 2.500 jenis ikan dan 500 jenis karang hidup di dalamnya.
Dengan potensi tersebut semestinya Indonesia dengan nelayan dan masyarakat pesisir menjadi yang paling diuntungkan. Akan tetapi tindakan pencurian ikan, illegal fishing telah menimbulkan kerugian besar bagi negara dan mengancam mata pencaharian nelayan serta masyarakat yang berkepentingan langsung dengan perikanan.
Praktek pencurian ikan yang dilakukan oleh kapal nelayan asing tidak hanya menggerus kekayaan laut, akan tetapi melanggar prinsip kedaulatan negara mengenai batas perairan wilayah Indonesia.
Tepat kiranya tindakan tegas penenggelaman kapal asing oleh Menteri Susi, sebagaimana diatur dalam UU No 45 Tahun 2009 tentang Perikanan dan diatur dalam beberapa Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan (Permen KP) No. 56/PERMENKP/2014 tentang Penghentian Sementara (Moratorium) Perizinan usaha Perikanan Tangkap di Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan Negara Republik Indonesia, No. 57/PERMENKP/2014 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Permen KP No.30/MEN/2012 tentang Usaha Perikanan Tangkap di Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan Republik Indonesia yang memuat Larangan Transhipment atau Bongkar Muat Ikan di Tengah Laut.
Ini juga bersesuaian dengan Permen KP No.1/PERMENKP/2015 tentang Penangkapan Lobster, Kepiting dan Rajungan, serta Permen KP No. 2/ PERMENKP/2015 tentang Larangan Penggunaan Alat Penangkapan Ikan Pukat Hela (Trawls) dan Pukat Tarik (Seine Nets) di Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan Negara Republik Indonesia.
Dengan serangkaian Permen KP yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Susi Pudjiastuti adalah bentuk real pemberantasan illegal fishing. Demi menyelamatkan sumber daya ikan di laut dengan “mengusir” para pelaku illegal fishing dan kembali memberikan ruang kepada para nelayan untuk menangkap ikan. Tentunya agar dapat meningkatkan perekonomian para nelayan dan menghidupkan industri sektor perikanan.
Penenggelaman kapal nelayan asing berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup dan putusan pengadilan dari Pengadilan Negeri (sebagaimana SE No. 1 Tahun 2015 tentang Barang Bukti Kapal dalam Perkara Pidana Perikanan) adalah tindakan yang prosedural dan sesuai dengan UU, dan tindakan tersebut berhasil menjadi sebagai shock therapy bagi para pelaku.
Namun, yang mengherankan mengapa terobosan “tenggelamkan” kapal asing yang selama beberapa tahun terakhir dijalankan oleh Menteri Susi kembali disoroti oleh beberapa orang yang penting di negara ini?
Ternyata mengutip dari pasal 69 ayat 4, “penyidik dan/atau pengawas perikanan dapat melakukan tindakan khusus berupa pembakaran dan/atau penenggelaman kapal perikanan yang berbendera asing berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup”.
Kata “dapat” di situ menurut Jusuf Kalla, menegaskan bahwa penenggelaman kapal tak bersifat wajib. Hal yang sama diamini oleh Menteri Koordinator bidang Kemaritiman Luhut Binsar Panjaitan yang memerintahkan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Susi Pudjiastuti untuk berhenti menenggelamkan kapal dan fokus terhadap perbaikan ekspor dan ekonomi di bidang Perikanan.
Masyarakat kemudian melihatnya sebagai polemik, sebagai “keributan” yang diteruskan oleh media-media. Padahal jika melihatnya secara proporsional, masing-masing pihak menginginkan perbaikan dan perkembangan ekonomi di Kementerian yang dibawahi oleh Menteri Susi Pudjiastuti.
Gebrakan selama 3 tahun terakhir yang dijalankan oleh Menteri Susi telah memperoleh apresiasi oleh Presiden bahkan dunia, namun perlu kiranya peningkatan ekonomi, mendorong pengembangan di sektor industri perikanan, dan alternatif pemanfaatan kapal asing yang disita untuk kepentingan masyarakat nelayan ditetapkan menjadi prioritas.
Akan tetapi konsistensi dalam Law Inforcement penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana perikanan dengan “tenggelamkan” tetap terus dilanjutkan untuk menunjukkan ketegasan dan kewibawaan pemerintah di mata dunia, menegakkan dan melindungi kedaulatan negara serta mengamankan kekayaan laut dari penjarahan negara lain.
Pada titik ini, Susi harus mendapatkan dukungan publik. Niatnya untuk menjaga samudera Indonesia agar bersih dari para perompak harus mendapatkan apresiasi luas banyak kalangan. Bahkan, publik juga harus memberi dukungan melalui berbagai kegiatan lain yang bisa menyelamatkan khasanah kekayaan sumberdaya kelautan kita. Pada Susi, kita berharap banyak agar kekayaan laut kita bisa digunakan sebesar-besarnya untuk rakyat.

In December of 2017, Donald Trump made history by recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Why is this big news? Because by this the Jewish people of Israel are now able to press forward in bringing about the Third Temple prophesied in the Bible.
Jewish Rabbis have publicly announced that their Messiah will be revealed in the coming years who will be a leader and spiritual guide to all nations, gathering all religions under the worship of one God.
Biblical prophecy tells us that this Jewish Messiah who will take the stage will be the antichrist “who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God” (2 Thessalonians 2:4). More importantly, the power that runs the world wants to put a RFID microchip in our body making us total slaves to them. This chip matches perfectly with the Mark of the Beast in the Bible, more specifically in Revelation 13:16-18:
