Pamekasan (6/3) – Mengubah persepsi petani Madura untuk beralih dari jagung lokal ke jagung hibrida membuahkan hasil. Di Pamekasan, hampir 90 persen petani telah menggunakan benih jagung hibrida untuk tanam swadaya maupun program pemerintah. Jagung hibrida diakui memiliki produktivitas tinggi mencapai 8 ton pipilan kering per hektare. Jauh di atas lokal yang hanya 2 – 3 ton pipilan kering per hektare.
Di sela acara tanam jagung perdana di Desa Larangan Luar, Kecamatan Larangan, Direktur Sayuran dan Tanaman Obat, Moh Ismail Wahab menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada para petani.
“Bayangkan, jika harga sekarang Rp 3.500 per kg pipilan kering, maka keuntungan petani bisa mencapai Rp 20 jutaan. Jagung ini mudah dijual ke peternak, ga usah pusing mikirin pasar,” lanjut Ismail sesekali berdialog dengan bahasa Madura, “Bahkan di bulan Maret ini, petani akan tanam seluas 1.120 hektare dengan benih bantuan pemerintah.”
Senada dengan Ismail, Adi, Ketua Gapoktan Sejahtera Bersama mengaku senang dengan adanya bantuan benih jagung hibrida. “Kami petani sangat terbantu dan senang dengan perhatian pemerintah. Harga juga stabil sampai sekarang, bahkan pernah mencapai harga Rp 4.500 per kg pipilan kering. Jual jagung juga mudah, bisa ke pengepul atau jual langsung ke peternak.”
Saat ini pertanaman jagung di Pamekasan belum dapat dilakukan terus – menerus karena masih tergantung pada hujan. Saat masuk musim kemarau, kebanyakan petani menanam tembakau, namun di wilayah yang tersedia air, mereka bisa tanam jagung kembali.
Kepala Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura dan Perkebunan, Lisa Widyawati menyampaikan bahwa pertanaman terbesar di bulan Oktober, “Program bantuan benih jagung hibrida kita bagi dalam dua waktu tanam yaitu Maret dan Oktober. Biasanya setelah tanam tembakau, petani kembali tanam jagung. Alhamdulillah, setiap musim tanam petaninya dapat bantuan benih.”
Bantuan benih jagung hibrida oleh pemerintah sangat membantu petani mengurangi biaya produksi saat masuk musim tanam. Dengan harga jagung stabil seperti saat ini, petani diuntungkan dan makin bersemangat bertanam jagung.

It has most amazing thing is the stabilization capabilities…i feed crap video in and smooth video comes out…. especially at the top where ya get wavy lines like on some other conversion systems ….not with the 850… it’s all smooth….even domestic video looks better….almost all video looks better fed through that thing unless the source is super clean…then there is no difference…but take something old or something with a EP source and feed it through the 850….it’s really amazing what that little thing can do….and the copy guard issue is no issue at all when you use the 850…ya dont need a proc amp…just that CMD850. thanks again..:) all my best..
