Cap Tikus Legal, Ngana Tambah Nakal?

“NGANA bawa Cap Tikus?” Kita pe saudara kage. Kita lantas cerita kalau sebotol Cap Tikus (selanjutnya ditulis cete) itu oleh-oleh. Kita isi di tumbler baru tutup rapat-rapat. Setelah dibujuk, dia akhirnya izinkan kita bawa itu cete.

Karena jabatannya lumayan, dia bahkan pindahkan kita dari kelas ekonomi ke bisnis. Kursi nomor satu! Seumur terbang, baru kali ini kita nae kelas bisnis. Bawa cete!

Sebelum penerbangan itu, sebenarnya kita lagi sial. Malam sebelumnya kita memang sudah minta tamang-tamang di Manado, sediakan cete bakar manyala. Karena tamang-tamang di Papua pesan itu cete, yang sebenarnya dorang cuma baku sedu  (bercanda) tapi kita pukul srius.

Karena kita pe tamang beli ada berapa botol, kitorang tes-tes samua. Laste (akhirnya) kita mabo. Padahal pagi-pagi jam enam kita pe jadwal penerbangan.

Meski sempat sampe di Bandara Sam Ratulangi tepat waktu, kita pe usaha sia-sia. Kita dong nyandak kasih izin masuk pesawat karena mabo.

Kita pe perjalanan itu, awal 2018 lalu. Kali kedua berkunjung ke Papua. Karena gagal di penerbangan pertama, akhirnya kita cari tiket dengan maskapai penerbangan yang beda. Beruntung kita pe saudara ada yang bekerja di salah satu maskapai.

Sampai akhirnya cete itu lolos. Sebenarnya, boleh bawa cete tapi hanya sebotol. Banyak kita pe saudara sering lolos bawa sampe ke Bali.

Di Papua, minuman beralkohol (selanjutnya ditulis minol) memang mahal. Apalagi cete. Boleh sampe ratusan ribu per botol.

Tuangala, Astagfirullah…Biasa kitorang mabo cete di Kotamobagu cuma modal lima puluh ribu, itu pun so deng sebungkus rokok deng campuran, tapi di Papua?

Jang harap! Sedang dua ratus ribu belum mabo itu. Tapi sebenarnya, di Papua memang setahu kita banyak peraturan daerah yang larang minol. Rokok saja jarang sekali kita baku dapa dengan tamang Papua yang perokok. Dong pilih pinang sudah.

Di Papua, sebenarnya ada beberapa daerah yang punya minol lokal namanya bobo. Kalau cete dari pohon aren atau nama lokalnya pohong seho, maka bobo ini juga dari pohon aren atau kelapa. Orang-orang Papua selain biasa sebut bobo, dong kasih nama juga sagero. Hampir mirip dengan orang Minahasa biasa sebut saguer.

Sebenarnya sagero dengan saguer ini sama saja. Hampir mirip susu. Karena saguer dibuat dari air nira segar atau mentah berasal dari pohon aren, kemudian dicampur air nira yang so lama, atau so difermentasi.

Kalau air nira disuling lebih lama, kadar alkoholnya naik. Jadilah dia Cap Tikus. Kita yang penyembah air ini, sepakat ketika dong bilang cete adalah air kata-kata. Orang mabo kan jadi cerewet.

Tapi di Minahasa, dong paling terbiasa dengan cete. Meski tak melulu penolakan minol itu karena motif agama. Di Minahasa, ada banyak daerah yang berada di ketinggian, lalu mereka minum cete untuk menghangatkan tubuh.

Menyoal minol di Papua, memang ada berbagai macam alasan penolakan. Kita pernah baca statusnya Dandhy Dwi Laksono soal itu. Dandhy mengutip pernyataan mantan tahanan politik di Papua, Filep Karma. Kalau Karma sudah berhenti minum bir.

Tepatnya sejak 1998, ketika segar-segarnya reformasi. Alasan Karma, Amerika menindas warga Indian dengan alkohol. Begitu juga dengan Australia terhadap warga Aborigin. Jadi Karma tidak ingin hal yang sama terjadi di Papua.

Dandhy juga coba menceritakan pengalamannya di Merauke, soal kekhawatiran tokoh-tokoh gereja akan dampak minol. Bukan terkait dosa dan pahala ne, tapi dampaknya terhadap penguasaan tanah. Itu karena masyarakat yang sering mabuk, kehabisan uang, akhirnya jual-jual dong pu tanah.

Berbeda memang dengan di Manado. Ngana mabo nyandak mahal-mahal. Jadi jarang ada pamabo yang sampe jual-jual tanah. Paling yang tidor-tidor tapalaka di got atau leput itu yang banyak.

Kita pernah baca status tamang Papua mengenai minol. Tamang ini bilang, “Ah, sa pernah juga lama tinggal di Manado dan terbiasa minum cete, tapi tra banya tingkah. Atau bawa motor laju-laju. Itu memang kitong pu diri sandiri saja yang kontrol.”

Menurut kita, benar sudah kata tamang itu. Semua berangkat dari diri masing-masing. Karena di Manado saja, nyandak samua kuat minum. Kitorang yang dara cicak (cepat mabuk) juga banyak.

Dulu di kota ini sempat rame tagline yang diluncurkan oleh kepolisian dan pemerintah. Tagline itu berbunyi: brenti jo bagate (berhenti miras). Para petani cete, banyak dibekuk karena pelarangan itu. Kita sering temui berita soal penggerebekan sabua-sabua di kobong tanpa para petani batifar cete.

Kasiang juga. Tapi, kabar yang merayap dari media sosial akhir Desember 2018 lalu, bekeng (bikin) kita bangka dada. Kabarnya, cete mulai dilegalkan di Sulawesi Utara, tapi berawal atau khususnya di Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.

Kabupaten yang dipimpin seorang bupati perempuan, Christiany Eugenia Paruntu atau akrab dipanggil Tetty Paruntu. Ia penggagas agar cete bisa diproduksi dan dipasarkan legal.

Tetty memberi cete itu merek dagang: Cap Tikus 1978. Itu telah dipatenkan. Kendati menurutnya, berbagai kendala ia alami ketika Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan (Pemkab Minsel), hendak meluncurkan produk itu.

Cap Tikus 1978 berkadar 45 persen. Jika diibaratkan, kalau ngana minum ini cete, baru ngana muntah, nanti ngana pe muntah saja dipancing-pancing korek api, pasti tabakar manyala biru-biru.

Melalui lobi ke pengusaha dan perjuangan izin ke Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, akhirnya legalnya cete bakar manyala jadi kado akhir tahun yang begitu benderang kemarin.

Dari informasi sejumlah media di Manado, nantinya Pemkab Minsel akan menfasilitasi PT. Cawan Mas untuk membangun pabriknya di Desa Kapitu, Kecamatan Amurang Barat.

Rencananya luas pabrik itu sekitar lima hektare. Harapan Tetty, petani cete bisa sejahtera dan produknya bisa menjalar sampai ke luar negeri. Tentunya ini harus terus dipantau oleh media, jang sampe akhirnya penguasa deng pengusaha yang paling banya makang untung dibandingkan para petani.

Soal harga, tahun terakhir 2018 awal sewaktu kita masih di Kotamobagu, harga cete kualitas bagus Rp 30 ribu per botol. Itu ukuran botol kemasan air mineral 600 mililiter. Tentu lebih banyak isinya dari botol Cap Tikus 1978 yang hanya 320 mililiter. Harga Cap Tikus 1978 per botol Rp 80 ribu, tersedia di Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado.

Harga itu sudah pas dengan kemasannya yang elok. Botolnya gelap dan diberi satu pegangan mungil, yang serupa daun telinga tepat di samping leher botol. Ada pita bergambar wajah Tetty Paruntu terkalung. Dan tentu saja, ada gambar seekor tikus menyamping.

Mengenai sejarah kenapa cete identik dengan tikus, dulu kita pernah baca soal itu. Nama cete sebelumnya adalah sopi. Karena di pohon aren terdapat banyak tikus, akhirnya mereka mengubah nama minuman itu menjadi Cap Tikus.

Versi lainnya, medio 1900-an tentara Belanda yang kehabisan stok miras, katanya mendapat cete dari para pedagang Cina-Manado yang menjualnya dalam botol bergambar tikus.

Kemudian mereka menamakan minuman itu Cap Tikus. Tapi seperti apa pun asal usul yang pasti soal penamaan itu, jelas minuman ini nyandak campur deng tikus.

Biasanya, cete ini ada juga yang direndam pakai akar-akaran. Malah kita pernah lihat ada yang rendam janin rusa, sampe kontol buaya di dalam botol. Katanya, itu untuk kejantanan pria kalau sedang baku nae.

Seorang tamang yang jauh lebih dulu menikmati cete pernah memberi petuah ke kitorang: Eh, ngoni kalo minum (alkohol) cukup jadi peminum, jang jadi pamabo. Kita kemudian coba memahami perkataannya.

Benar sudah, ketika kita telah sibuk dengan pekerjaan, maka waktu untuk miras, biasanya hanya ketika weekend tiba. Miras dikonsumsi situasional saja. Karena jika kita miras setiap hari ditambah kerja, itu baru namanya: pamabo. Laste, kerja terbengkalai.

Tapi, setiap orang berhak memilih caranya menghidupi hidup to? Yang jelas, cete legal nyandak bekeng ngana tambah nakal. Deng kitorang akhirnya so boleh bawa-bawa for oleh-oleh. Jadi, angka jo ngana pe glas kase tinggi-tinggi! Sampe pesawat kase tinggal pa ngana.
