H+2 Lebaran, Harga Cabai dan Bawang Merah Makin Adem Ayem

Kementerian Pertanian mencatat pergerakan harga-harga komoditas bumbu dapur utama seperti cabai, bawang merah dan bawang putih terpantau stabil saat lebaran sampai dengan H+2. Bahkan, meski suasana masih libur lebaran, beberapa sentra produksi cabai di Jawa Barat dan Jawa Timur tetap melakukan panen untuk menjaga pasokan ke pasar stabil. Pasokan bawang merah dari sentra produksi di Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur sampai saat ini masih berlangsung lancar.

“Harga cabai rawit merah dan keriting yang setiap puasa dan lebaran beberapa tahun lalu hampir selalu bergejolak, 3 tahun terakhir ini sudah semakin adem ayem. Bahkan tahun ini cabai rawit merah harganya sangat murah nyaris tidak ada konsumen yang teriak. Memang ada kenaikan sedikit untuk jenis cabai merah besar atau cabai TW. Jenis tersebut kebetulan tidak banyak dikonsumsi rumah tangga, lebih banyak diserap industri olahan. Jelang lebaran lalu permintaan jenis TW untuk industri olahan meningkat jadi wajar kalau harga ikut naik, namun konsumen rumah tangga tidak terlalu merasa terganggu,” ujar Direktur Sayuran dan Tanaman Obat, Moh Ismail Wahab saat dihubungi (5/6).

Menurut Ismail, harga bawang merah di tingkat petani sentra utama seperti Brebes, Nganjuk, Indramayu, Kendal, Malang, Solok, Majalengka dan Enrekang antara Rp 15.000 hingga Rp 20.000 per kilogram. Beberapa daerah harganya bahkan lebih rendah lagi dibawah Rp 15.000 per kilo, diantaranya di Bandung, Demak, Cirebon dan Bantaeng. “Bawang Merah yang banyak mengisi pasaran saat ini adalah varietas Bima Brebes, Tajuk, Bauji dan Batu ijo,” terang Ismail.

Sementara pantauan harga di tingkat pasar tradisional rata-rata nasional Rp.25.000 hingga Rp 30.000 per kilogram. Harga tersebut dinilai sangat ideal, baik untuk petani maupun konsumen. “Pasokan harian dipastikan lancar, panen terjadi hampir setiap saat di sentra-sentra produksi. Demikian juga untuk cabai, panenan cabai rawit dan cabai keriting melimpah”, kata Ismail meyakinkan.

Dikonfirmasi terpisah, Direktur Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Hasil Hortikultura, Yasid Taufiq menyebut pergerakan harga cabai dan bawang selama puasa dan lebaran tahun ini masih dalam batas aman terkendali. “Tidak ada gejolak harga yang berarti, semuanya masih wajar dan normal. Bahkan bawang putih yang sempat melonjak beberapa waktu lalu saat ini harganya sudah melandai normal,”ujar Yasid. Dari hasil pantauan harian di Pasar Induk Kramatjati pihaknya mencatat bawang merah stabil di harga Rp 25.000 per kilo, Cabai Rawit Merah stabil di harga Rp 15.000 per kilo. Cabai Merah Keriting dan Cabai Merah Besar (TW) juga stabil. Harga bawang putih masih bertengger Rp 28.000 per kilogram.

Sementara harga eceran cabai dan bawang rata-rata di 47 pasar tradisional se DKI Jakarta juga menunjukkan trend stabil. “Jika mengacu harga tahun lalu, harga cabai rawit merah tahun ini jauh lebih rendah sementara bawang merah stabil. Secara umum harga aneka cabai dan bawang masih sangat normal”, tukas Yasid.

Stabilnya harga bawang merah di pasaran dibenarkan anggota Asosiasi Champion Bawang Merah Indonesia Kabupaten Pati, Suparlan. “Harga bawang merah selama puasa dan lebaran tahun ini di petani cukup baik, di pasaran juga normal. Bagi petani yang penting harga stabil menguntungkan, pasti kami semangat menanam,” ujar Suparlan. “Petani Pati siap bahu membahu bersama pemerintah mengamankan pasokan, baik untuk konsumsi maupun benih,” imbuhnya semangat. Bawang merah asal Pati, Brebes, Kendal, Pemalang siap mengisi pasar Jakarta dengan pasokan rutin berkisar 29-30 truk per hari atau setara dengan 200 ton. “Cukup untuk kebutuhan warga DKI Jakarta” sambung Suparlan.

Juhara, pengurus Asosiasi Champion Cabai Indonesia (ACCI) memastikan pasokan aneka cabai normal pada H+2 lebaran ini. “Pertanaman cabai di Jawa Barat saja masih sangat luas. Garut siap menggelontor Jakarta dan Palembang masing-masing sekitar 10 ton per hari. Dari Sumedang H+2 ini sudah kembali memasok Jakarta. Jadi aman lah pasokan”, kata Juhara. “Harga Cabai Rawit Merah di tingkat petani hanya Rp 7.000,- hingga Rp 8.000,- per kilogram. Cabai Merah Keriting Rp 22.000 – Rp 24.000 per kilogram. Untuk cabai TW masih banyak di Kediri dan sekitarnya”, tambahnya.

Pengamat Hortikultura, Anton Muslim Arbi, saat dihubungi mengakui upaya pemerintah dalam menjaga stabilitas pasokan dan harga pangan khususnya cabai dan bawang merah saat puasa dan lebaran tahun ini terbilang sukses. Untuk bawang putih, pihaknya mendorong koordinasi yang lebih intens antara Kementerian Perdagangan dan Kementerian Pertanian. “Kuncinya memang sinergi antara Kementerian/Lembaga terkait, Satgas Pangan dan Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah. Ke depan peran pemda baik kabupaten maupun provinsi harus lebih diperkuat untuk menjaga stabilitas harga pangan ini”, kata Anton.
